Alternate part number search

In order to avoid errors in the online ordering process, we have implemented a new function in our online shop. After entering an erroneous part number, you will now receive suggestions for alternative part numbers.

Deviations in the part numbers will be marked in red. In the error message, the missing parameter will also be identified and it will describe how the error can be resolved. To check which part number from the list is the right one, click on “Details” and then go directly to the product details page in the online catalogue.

Click “Next” in the error message to get more suggestions.

To accept an alternative part number, simply click on “Update”.

Depending on the error, you must enter the correct parameter, or it will be accepted automatically. An example is the length of the product, which you may select from the range 15-1000.

The modified part number is then accepted in the input field.

To continue with the order or quote, click “Next” at the bottom of the page.

You can now proceed with the usual process.


If you are having problems correcting the part number, you mark this in the order system, and MISUMI customer service will check the entry and find a solution.
