What do I do in case of a complaint (e.g. faulty products, missing items, etc.)?

According to the General Terms & Conditions of MISUMI Europa GmbH (Ts&Cs), complaints must always be made in writing. Please send an email to sales@misumi-europe.com stating the order confirmation number, the item number and the reason for the complaint. If the product is faulty, please also include a photograph.
