How is an order placed for large quantities?

After you have successfully sent away your order in the online shop (see first part of the series on ordering large quantities), you will receive a preliminary order/quote confirmation directly from us by e-mail. This e-mail contains all the important information you need for your order. We will then examine the large quantity you have requested within 24 hours. After completing this examination, you will receive an e-mail from our customer service team with the necessary information and be asked to verify it. Please be aware that MISUMI can only guarantee the specified delivery date for a certain amount of time. You will also find your own validity date in the aforementioned e-mail.

Once you have verified the information, you can either confirm the order for the large quantity you have requested using a link in the e-mail or directly in the customer section of our online shop. As you can see: Our customer service department makes ordering larger quantities in the MISUMI online shop a piece of cake.
