How can the status of a delivery be tracked?

In order to track the status of your delivery, you must first log in to your customer account in the MISUMI online shop. Even if you have placed your order by e-mail with our customer service team rather than through the online shop, you can still track your delivery in the order system.

Got to “Order history” in the customer section.

Choose the time period that is relevant for your order. If you have the order number to hand, you can also enter this directly to find the order you are looking for.

Select an order from the search results and click on the MISUMI order number.

The UPS tracking number is then shown under “Shipment Tracking". If you click on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the UPS tracking page.

Transfer the shipment tracking number into the small box on the UPS page by copy and pasting.

You will then see the current dispatch status.
